Types of Music Download Sites
Does the type of music download site have anything to do with whether it is legal or illegal? For instance, you have sites that you pay per song, per month, or a one time fee. Are any of these types of sites ALWAYS illegal, or does it depend completely on the individual site's license of the copyrighted material?

It depends upon whether these sites are paying the appropriate royalties to the copyright owners of the songs.
