Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Arkansas
Fired
I was recently fired because i did not follow bank procedures. I allowed someone to get some money out of his mom acct. She called me to okay this. But i was fired for not following procedures. There is another employee that waits on her nephew giving and receiving cash transactions. While this is against bank policies. Shouldn't she also be fired. Is this a discrimination suit?

Not unless you can show there was a discriminatory reason for the fact that they kept your "friend" and not you.
I see no discrimination suit here as of right now.
