Legal Question in Disability Law in California

i live in California. My husband is divorcing me. I am permanently disabled . Is this taken into account by the courts when it comes to spousal support. I will not be able to return to work. Are there any other benefits that should be sought by my attorney due to my disability?

Thanks

Yes, but only if your attorney raises it properly in the pleadings and hearings. Get an attorney.
