Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Ok this is an extended question to my first question. My partner and I signed a Domestic Dissolution Settlement in May 2012, where she agreed to pay me. I agreed to small payments. January 2013, she filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, sighting me as one of the creditors. What are the forms that I need to file to OBJECT to Debtor's Discharge/Object to Exemptions. She agreed to our settlement and then put stop payment on the check. I was told that she was required by law to pay this (it is listed as a Stipulated Marital Agreement) and now she is filing this Chapter 13. What form or How do I write an adversary complaint. Thank you. Please let me know.

http://www.absolutebankruptcy.org Try taking your complaint to the chapter 13 trustee. The case is still most likely in a pre-confirmation status.
