Bussiness Dispute

I recieved a container containing plush toys that were defective and I ordered a SGS inspection 6 months after the recieval of the shipment but I've been in contact with the manufacturer so is the SGS report for the plush toys valid or invalid? Plush toys don't change over time. The manufacturer is in China.
