Legal Question in Business Law in California
as a professional organizer i take pictures at my customers house (inside). do i need some written agreement or permission from them to put those pictures on my website? sometimes their kitchen, living room, or sometimes just a piece of drawer seems on my pictures. One of my customer is saying this is illegal and the violation of her privacy... is this right?

I can tell you from my experience with working with people in the film and television industry that they always get a written release from the owner to film any part of someone's house.
