My current ex-wife is living in the house that I own. She hasn't paid a dime in Rent for the past 7 Months. Can I sue her for Half the Fair Rental Value of the House, and Could I proceed with the evication process?

You can TRY anything you like, but you would be well advised to get legal counsel to consult with or represent you to do things that are effective, given all the facts and issues that you would have to deal with. If she is on title, you can't evict her, although you might be able to sue for rental damages. If she is not, then an eviction process could be started, based upon the rental agreement, whether in writing or oral - proof of its terms is your problem.
