daughter molested by foster parent after taken from me for failing to protect

can or do i have a civil lawsuit againtst the county and the foster parent after them taking my children for failing to protect. the foster parent was just sentenced to prison for 12 yrs.

You might have the right to sue the foster parent, the DCFS, and the state Foster Family Insurance Fund, but it sounds like you might be too late because the time limit can be as short as six months after the molestation, and you say the foster parent has already been convicted and sentenced. You need to speak to an attorney experienced in the specialized field of civil rights law right away. You need to act very quickly.
