Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

we have been evicted from our home by the city in which the code enforcement agent has falsified the so called violations going on allmost a year now this is only a small part of whaty they have done therte are several other actions taken by him that are flat out lies and abuse of power if you can get back to me i can explain more in detail of what has happened or is ongoing

Only the landlord (in most case the owner or his/her agent) can "evict" you from your home. You didn't rent from the City I presume. What do you mean the City evicted you? I don't think they can do that if they had no ownership or possessory interest in your home.

Do you mean the City issued you citations for code violations? I don't think the premise of your question is possible.
