Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Hello, I recently took a picture of a city employee parked in the alley in our backyard. He parked near the fence, then climbed in the back of the truck and began taking pictures of our neighbors back yard. I took the picture and then yelled at him that what he was doing was illegal. now the city of Imperial Beach is filing a Restraining Order on me. What should I do?

Restraining order for what? You've got a right to freedom of speech. Last I checked this was still US of A!

Defend against it, and hire an attorney to do it right. If one is permanently issued against you, you lose your firearms rights, among other consequences.
