Restraining Order

In CA - would a restraining order become part of an individuals criminal record / background check?

Also, what type of lawyer could help represent at a restraining order hearing?

Any domestic violence type RO will be part of the criminal database unless fully dismissed by the court.

If it is in a divorce action, then that is the kind of attorney. If simply a civil action for restraining order, then a civil litigation attorney. If so, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and issues of defense.
