Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Product refunds
I have a 11 month old TV that has been in for repairs 6 times. The mfg is now willing to reimburse me for it. However, the letter sent to me states a dollar figure which only reflects the item price, omitting the tax and shipping & handling. Does a lemon-law kind of refund like this entitle me to full compensation, or only partial as they are offering?

Re: Product refunds
I'd take it as it was not discounted for time of use.
