Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Possible Web Fraude

I Ordered Some Cycle Parts From a Famous Cali Company Last

July. I Still Didn't Get Any Of Them, Normal Shippin Time 2 Italy Is From 2 Weeks To a Month,It Took Me 3 Months Of Mailin' 2 Get a Reply From Them an'They Took Another 2 Months 2 Say The Stuff Was Sent. This Was End Of December 05, Now I Try 2 Contact Them But They Don't Answer n In Their Site My Order Still Shows On Hold.

Can I Sue Them, Or At Least Am I In The Right To Scare Them(just claimin i'm goin to sue them) 2 Send My Stuff That Was Fully Paid For, The 07 27 05 !!!

Thanks

Re: Possible Web Fraude

You might wish to have a California lawyer send them a letter to get them to move. Apparently, a letter from Italy doesn't inspire them. Then again, when I was in Italy, it took four months for a mailed gift to reach California, so it's no surprise that the mail might be very slow.
