collection agency harrassment

I was wondering if a collection agency can contiune to call you, even if you faxed them proof of an electronic transaction that was taken from my checking account? I have faxed it 3 times and even told multiple times that there was a descrepency. which is why i faxed the transaction to them. I also want to know if they can ask for anything else other than the transaction from my checking account?

Consult a lawyer about suing for FDCPA violations. Never give a collection agency your bank information.
