statue of limitation for bill collection
How long can a bill be valid for collection. Can a company try to collect a bill which is five or six years old?

Re: statue of limitation for bill collection
In the case of the contract in writing, which is probably what youre dealing with, the statute of limitations as four years from the date of the breach. That would be four years from the date you did not make a required payment.
