Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hello there. Can I get arrested for an incident (I pepper sprayed a neighbor during a dispute) that happened in Sept of last year? At the time, police came out and arrested me and put me in the patrol car initially. But my neighbor didn’t want me taken away and the police let me go. But now, same neighbor is threatening me to call the police again and get me arrested for that incident. Is it possible to do that? Thank you ahead for your advise.

Yes, of course it is possible. But not unless the police agree to 're-do' the arrest, not high likelihood. They are not interested i nwasting their time with a victim that has already 'changed his mind' once.
