Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Civil suit / Accused of falsifying documents

My name appears on a Quit Claim Deed I did not sign & was used to get a fraudulent mortgage. My sister got mixed up with a fraud realtor & bypassed the probate process & attempted to take a loan against Moms house to pay bills. I can prove where I was on the day I was supposed to have signed the Quit Claim Deed. I can prove it was not my signature. I can prove that my Mothers name was forged. $80k was stolen from the suing party by 6 or more people named in this law suit. I was dragged into this thing somehow by these thieves when my sister gave them authority to do a credit check on her. The suing party has a lean against my Moms house & is requesting $200K to satisfy their damages. I don't expect to get anything out of my Moms house. It's gone. Any inheritance my Mom & Dad wanted me to have from the house is gone! I just want out of this thing. What happens if I do nothing? Can they come after my house? My earnings? My retirement?
