It's about $120 for the filing fee. If you use an attorney, it shouldn't cost more than $1000, depending on the facts of your case.

My regular fee for expungement is $500 plus the filing fee. You are eligible to expunge a felony only if you received a probationary sentence, i.e., did not serve time in state prison.
