if the police come to your house wothout a search warrent and claim that there was a call that a little girl was gonna commite suicide with a gun and use that as an excuse to search the house and find other items in the house and take an adult in the house in for it can i ask for a motion 1538.5 claiming that it was an illegal search and seaure and request for proofe that the call for sucide was actually made

Whether it succeeds or not depends upon the facts and evidence you have, how properly and effectively they are presented in the motion and at the oral arguments at the hearing.
