Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
how to expunge a misdermeaner offence.
I was arrested three years ago for soliciting a prostitute. I pled ''no contest'' and am wondering if a background check is done will it show up? I believe it was a misdermeanor offence. I have three weeks left on my probation ''3 years'' and have paid my fine. Also, is this something I need to expunge?
Thank you

Sorry to say but this will most likely show up on your record if it is not properly expunged. This is what our law office can help you with. We can make it so your misdemeanor wont show up when there is a background check done on you. Contact us today at 760.243.5121. We can help.

Most misdemeanors can be expunged upon proper application and motion. Contact me to discuss the actual charges you were convicted of, and the details of getting it done.

Even a misdemeanor arrest can create a permanent criminal history in your name. It will almost certainly show up whenever a background check is conducted. Please contact Mike Navarro with our office at [email protected] . Please provide a telephone number so he can contact you and answer your questions regarding an expungement proceeding.
