If you have a hearing problem, the court is required to provide you with an assistive listening device. Go back to court any day at 8 AM sharp and have them put up your case. Bring a friend or relative who can help you. And for goodness sake don't give them your DNA. They have no right to take it unless you were arrested for a felony, which you weren't.

If you left court without getting an extension, or having the court make some kind of ruling on your case, then you didn't resolve the problem, and you must go back and try again. As suggested, request an interpreter assistance.

If the court 'let' you leave, it may have made a ruling that you didn't understand. Don't ignore court rulings and orders. Find out what happened. Go to the clerks office and review the file, ask for explanation.

If you don't clear this up, yes there may be a failure to appear and a warrant issued.
