Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my niece (who lives with me) is "dating" a guy she met on the internet. He is 21 and she is 15. I am afraid he is going to lure her to him. There is something wrong with this 21 year old but is there anything I can do legally?

As her current guardian, you have the ability to regulate her behavior and require compliance. If you think there is any chance of physical contact, i.e. something that could lead to sex, you can contact the police and report it, requisting they contact the guy and set him straight. Use your discretion, and determine whether this is a typical predator.
