Police seizure of company funds in arrest
The person arrested in Limo (his work), was arrested with possesion of controled substance, he also had eleven hundred dollars, and eight hundred was company money, for the limo runs, The money was takin into custody as evidence, and the employer the owner of the limo company wants his money returned,, also is threatening to hold the paycheck of the person arrested, until he gets him company money back,, the question is ??can he, do this legally? AND HOW DOES HE GO ABOUT GETTING HIS MONEY RETURNED,, THAT THE POLICE ARE HOLDING?
