Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i have a probelm this man sent a laptop to my address brought and paid for addressed to me by a thrid party witch now is telling me i have to send to another man in africa i didnt ask 4 the laptop now he is saying he gonna have the fbi arrest me can he do that?

It sounds like he's trying to rope you into a massive scam. I would be willing to bet the laptop was bought with a stolen credit card and the third party had no idea their credit card was used.

Take the laptop to your local police station, explain that it was sent to your address without your consent, and tell the guy that he can pick it up from them.

No. Don't believe such outrageous scams, and certainly do not give anyone personal or financial info. Contact your local police if anyone tries to 'threaten' you.
