Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I got my real estate license when i was 18! Then i got arrested for burglary and received a felony served only 90 days! now im 23, Is there any chance i could get my real estate license back!!

You can apply to the DRE for reinstatement of your license. To win, you will need to show more than just the passage of time. You will have to satisfy them that you have been rehabilitated. This is hard to do. They will presume that you have not been rehabilitated and you will have to make a very convincing argument to change their minds. If they ultimately rule against you, you will be able to take them to court. You should expect a long and difficult fight in each forum. Your best bet is to get a good lawyer to represent you from the start.
