Own Recognizance

Husband went to CA for a visit was at the wrong place at the wrong time. 225 lbs of marijuana. Never been in trouble with the law never used drugs. Very honest man trying to apply for OR. Just friends in CA no family. No prior violations no even traffic violations. Is it better or ask for O.R or S.O.R so he can leave the state until his trial?

Bales are much more serious than are baggies -- in every jurisdiction. In order to resolve this case you will have to reach into the other trash-compactor bag, the one filled with money, and hire a good local lawyer and bondsman if you can.
