Re: restaurant theft
Stealing a restaurant is grand theft, a felony, since most restaurants are worth more than $400. If you have indeed stolen a restaurant, I would urge you to return it to its rightful owner.

Re: restaurant theft
"of a restaurant"? Definitely felony grand theft with years of prison time. However, you probably mean 'from' a restaurant, as in cheating them out of payment, which is a misdemeanor with up to six months jail time.
