Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California
As a retired quadriplegic, am I allowed to advertise an age minimum for a caregiver that might offer a more generation compatible interaction experience?

ADEA applies to protect those over 40 from discrimination in employment. Under 40 have no protection. Saying minimum 40 or anything less would be 'safe'.
