Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was arrested for suspicion of DUI more than two weeks ago. I refused the field breath test, and instead opted for a blood test. The District Attorney has not yet pressed any charges nor have they told me the results of my blood test. One way or another I would like to get on with my life as soon as possible without this case hanging over my head. Do I have any way to pressure the DA into announcing the charges or dropping the case all together sooner rather than later? Thank you!

Do not contact the DA or remind them of your existence. If yours is a DA reject you and your attorney will find out on your court date.
