Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Blood Acohol....

I've been told that depending what my bac was I could be facing misdemeanor or felony drunk driving charges! This is my first dui.

Is it true that if my bac is more than twice the legal limit it's a felony dui???

No. You just face stiffer penalties. Felony charges arise out of accidents or evading arrest. Feel free to contact me if interested in getting help staying out of jail and minimizing the fines and penalties.

No it should not be a felony. Whoever told you that doesn't know shit about DUIs. My office is in Long Beach, and I just got back from the Bellflower court and Long Beach courts this morning. I handle DUIs every day all over Southern California and encourage to hire me to help you with your DUI case. Or, at least check out my website for information.
