Legal Question in DUI Law in California
If a DUI attorney will not help a defendant correct a clerical error by the court clerk which changed the 30 day first offender program to 90 days, how does he go about correcting the error (this is in Santa Clara Co.)?

Who told you there is a 30 day program? That would be news to us here in SoCal. If your court actually has such, and you were ordered to it, then get an attorney to make a motion to correct the record.
