What is involved in taking someone to court in order to determine if they are comeptent to make financal decisions for themselves, and if they have been unduly influenced by someone?
What type of information do they look for, and what type of qestions would they ask?

Basically, you file a petition to have conservator named. The factors and the type of situations the court will consider our two varied to list here.
