Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am in divorce proceedings. I went to OSC hearing and temporarily agreed to to pay spouse $1190 per month. Currently I am scheduled for Trail Setting Conference in April 2011. My question is: what if spouse and I have recently come to an agreement on spousal support to $1,000 per month and when she gets a job it lowers to $800 (the only issue in question-we have no property or kids) and dont want to have attorneys represent us anymore. Can we end the services of our attorneys and go to TSC and tell judge we have reached full agreement (bringing a signed copy). What happens if we do that?

If you're both in agreement, you should have a Judgment prepared and filed with the Court prior to the Trial Setting Conference. Then you will not have to appear at the conference since your case will be resolved. Good Luck.
