Legal Question in Family Law in California

What if the father...

is trying to get a place to live because his children are being abused by their mothers family who is also THREATENING child support if he doesn't find a place for the children to live. They are living separately. The father also is having a hard time finding a home for himself and the four boys.

If the children are being abused, call the Dept of Child Protective Services. Otherwise, find a place as soon as you can and move with the 4 boys.
