Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex filed an OSC / declaration few weeks ago we are both in pro per. Hearing comming up 2/25. I noted she forgot to add the declare under penalty of perjury statement at the end of statement, I was told that had to be there , no choice. Is that enough to have motion quashed and thrown out. How would I go about that

Rules are very relative with self represented and especially in family law. The court most likely won't reject it because it feels that it was unintentional. Family law is very lenient in general to procedural and other technical failures.
