Legal Question in Family Law in California

im filling out divorce papers for a friend who is unemployed. it is a california divorce, no support, ,no kids, nothing. she never changed her name either. what forms do i need? i have a list of forms, but i dont want to use any form that isnt needed. thank you!

Since you are not simply filling out forms for someone, but rather asking legal questions, that would be practicing law without a license. I would suggest that You require the party make the legal determination as to what information to put on the form.
