Legal Question in Family Law in California
Finally Taking Control
The mother of my 2 children decided to get on county assistance after I pleaded with her not to. My income alone was enough for us to get by. However, she proceeded to get assistance. Of course this resulted in me punished to pay child support. I was living in the household supporting all 4 of us. She kept assuring me that she would take care of it by getting off assistance and admiting her fault. Their mother and I are no longer together and I have moved to Georgia. I was supporting my kids then and I am still supporting them now. It is not through the court, I just send money and clothing. My license has been suspended for years and the interest has continued to add up. Orange County CA says I now owe about $50,000 and it has made it to my credit. What can I do to have my license reinstated as well as getting all the fees dropped?

Re: Finally Taking Control
I believe that I could have your license reinstated via an OSC hearing. There may also be an issue of welfare fraud that your X may have to face. Call me directly at 16192223504.
