Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am actually looking for a form to file with the courts for wrongful detention of a minor.

Meaning they took a child that didn't meet the requirements for detention.

Children have a roof over there head and are feed 5 to 6 times daily and snacks.

Have a bed to sleep in. Have clothes and are not mentally or physically abused.

The only abuse is Child Protective Services taking my kids from a loving home.

I go to court on Thursday of this week. I want to submit this before court.

You need to speak with a competent dependency lawyer. There is no magic form. You should also be advised that CPS has immunity.
