how do I introduce evidence into a child custody / child visitation case which is already going to court in Merced, California? Are there certain forms or a certain proceedure to go through?

Re: Introducing evidence into court.

There are different forms and different procdures depending upon the evidence that you intend to submit. I use a publication called "Proof of Facts" to prepare for trial that may be at your local library. However, unless you have time to complete law school and take a course in evidence you may wish to hire an attorney, unless there are no issues before the court that are worth the cost.
