Legal Question in Family Law in California
I live in the state of California. On June 11,2009, i married a man in Las Vegas. We lived together for 1 month out of the marriage. He has not owrked during the marriage due to medical reasons. We do not have any children together. I own my home which was purchased before the marriage. What steps do I take to get the marriage annuled and am I legally responsible to pay him alimony?

Since it is a recent marriage I would file for either an anullment or a summary divorce. It should not ake very long since the marriage was of such a short duration.
