Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex owe's over 30 thousand in child support arrears, plus current.Not to mention that he owe's about 20 thousand in medical bills for our son, which will be coming next. He's only paying $75 towards the arrearages, which would take about 35 years to pay off, not to mention that my ex is 65. I doubt that he own's anything remotely close enough to sell and pay off his debt, what can I do?

Nothing much if he has no assets or income. If he has a pension or something you could garnish it.
