Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wants all of our property

My ex and i own land in AZ..now she wants it all. We bought 20 acres and I told her I was signing over 10 to a mutual friend so that he could eventually buy it, and she was ok with it. Now after our divorce she says she wants those acres in her name and that I tried to hide them from her(which is untrue) now my friend is being summond to court as am I in a process she initiated to get this land. Not once during the divorce did she bring this up..and we have been legally divorced for two years. What can I do, if anything..or is it her word against mine?

You need to retain an attorney. There are unanswered questions I would have.
