Restraining Order-Harrassment

My ex husband threatend my boyfriend (over the phone) with physical violence.

1) If I file a restraining order would it cover my boyfriend (we don't live together), or does my boyfriend have to file one himself?

2) Is it possible to add a stipulation to my divorce judgement prohibiting my ex husband from contacting my friends?

If you are not seeking a restraining order on behalf of yourself, then your boyfriend needs to go file a restraining order on his own behalf.

Yes, you can add a stipulation to your divorce judgment.
