i was forced to resign from my job. i was told by the people who were dealing with the issue that if i went through an investigation i was going to be fired at the end of the investigation. so i was forced to resign. what can i do in the form of legal action? i had also been hurt at work twice and they refused to help me in anyway. they refused to send me to a doctor they told me that it wasnt necessary. what can i do?

About the injuries, file a WCAB case if you have medical evidence and bills.
About the firing, nothing, unless you can show it was provably 'illegal', not just 'unfair'. IF you can show the firing was because of the injuries, that is a claim to be added to the WCAB case.
Thousands of people are fired every day, or offered resignation. You and they are 'at will' employees.
