You may be entitled to an equitable position in the home or reimbursement of your total monies spent on the mortgage, depending on your overall factual situation of course. For a free phone consultation, contact us directly today.
Re: Legal Right
IF you can prove you have been paying under such an agreement, then you have grounds for a lawsuit against them. Make sure the house is not lost to foreclosure, or you will lose your best source of recovery if you win. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing this right.
Re: Legal Right
It sounds to me that you may be what the law calls the "equitable owner" of the home. Not having title in your name is a problem, but not a problem that cannot be overcome legally.
