Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
My tenant moved out with property that are like trash eg hole in the couch, mildew mattress, broken bicycles... Can I dispose of these legally or I still have to serve notice ? My problem is I don't know where she move to, how can I serve the notice?

Abandoned property that is clearly 'trash' can be disposed of with relative safety, especially if you have no forwarding address to send notice.
