Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I completed my 90-day probation period over one month ago. Upon the completion, My eligibility for healthcare became effective. Today, my boss informed me he wants to extend my 90-day probatoin period. Is this legal? and if so , how long can he do keep me on a probationary status.

For as long as he wants. There are no 'laws' only company policy.
