Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My employer constantly tells me I'm not doing my job properly, but when I ask what I'm doing wrong or how should I be doing this, nobody will tell me. I have asked for policy and procedures and have been told there aren't any. My direct supervisor sent me a message yesterday and said all my work is being reviewed again I asked what I'm doing wrong and how do I correct it and again there was no answer. This has been going on for nearly 3 years, I'm under a lot of stress constantly trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong and how to correct it on my own. I also believe the company wants to get rid of me because I'm a white hetrosexual male over the age of 60. Do I have any recourse and is this considered a hostile working environment?

IF you can somehow demonstrate that this is happening 'because of' your age, then you have an age discrimination claim. You did not say how long you've been employed, or if this started long after you began, or if it is by new management, etc. If serious about pursuing this, feel free to contact me to discuss your facts, evidence, etc. You will be asked to prepare a thorough written chronology of all the facts and issues for me to review, to see if there are supportable grounds for a claim.
