Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was hired to work form 1pm to 10pm and for the last 2 months I have been covering other instuctors class so I have been working sometimes for 8am to 12 pm and then going home and coming back at 6pm to 10pm am I entitled to a split shift differential

You are entitled to OT after 8 or 40, so make your claim, and if unpaid properly file a claim with the Labor Commissioner. If this is in SoCal, and you needed legal help in the process, contact me.
