Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am the HR manager of a non profit. After an audit we found out that a former staff accountant was inflating his own payroll . We filed a police report, what do we after filing the report? thank youl.

You can sue, if you think you can collect. Other than that, you just comply with the needs of the authorities, and if necessary be a little bit of a squeaky hinge if the criminal case doesn't move along.
